The North Face Sentinel is a mid-cost men's running shoe. This is a long distance running shoe that can perform on both pavement and off-road surfaces. The mapped, multiple-weave engineered mesh upper provides a combination of support and breathability.

The TPU midfoot welding of the Sentinel is also geared toward foot support. The Thrust Chassis on the bottom of this shoe is asymmetrically designed to provide stability to the rear foot and mechanical assistance to the midsole. The X-2 dual-density cushioned EVA midsole offers a comfortable feel over long runs. The Terrain Harness engineered platform of this shoe offers stability.
