The Reebok ZigEnergy is a mid-priced men's running shoe. Reebok promotes their Zig line of shoes as their most advanced training shoes to date. The zig-zag sole absorbs the impact of heel strikes and helps to keep propelling you forward, thereby cutting down on the energy your leg muscles have to use by 20%.

The forefoot flex grooves, which move with your foot while it steps, also help to make long runs less taxing. The synthetic/mesh upper gives you a comfortable feel that is also durable.
