The Pros:Strong arch support, appropriate for normal to high arches. Very soft cushioning, prevents soreness even in sensitive feet. Impact absorption is strong, prevents knee and back pain.
The Cons:Design looks a little cheap, very unimpressive at a glance. Upper is constrained by a plastic strip that does not stretch, preventing the shoe from shaping itself to several foot types. Lack of responsiveness for technical runners.
