Product Shot 1 The Pros:Very stylish looking sneakers, go well with jeans. Maneuverable enough to be worn as casual shoes comfortably. Moderately lighter than most sneakers.

The Cons:Need a fair bit of break-in before they can be used for running. Low arch support, not right for flat feet. Not a lot of impact absorption, need to pay attention to how you're running to avoid soreness.

The Cell Amar is a running shoe from Puma that is designed to provide speed to runners.  The shoe features a lightweight mesh upper which provides breathability.  It includes Puma's tenCELL heel unit for shock absorption and has midfoot welds for support and cushioning.
