Product Shot 1 The Pros:Very light weight, won't tire out distance runners. Foot stays securely in place within the shoe. Strong support, controls the way the foot lands and reduces torsion.

The Cons:Material on the sides of the shoes is thin, feels peculiar to people accustomed to cushioned running shoes. Very little cushioning for non-technical runners. Hurts.

The Nike LunarGlide+ running shoe attempts to remain lightweight while offering strong stability and comfort. This is a daily distaince trainer aimed at underpronators through moderate overpronators. Dynamic support is supplied by LunarLite cushioning which responds to the runner and springs back.

A wedge of firmer foam on the back of the midsole offers extra support.

The men's shoe offers a gender-specific heel pocket to fit a man's foot better. The deep flex grooves vary in design from the men's to the women's to help encourage an efficient stride according to how each gender's stride tendencies. A rubber outsole beneath the heel offers durability. The outsole uses a Waffle pattern for durability and traction in a wider variety of surfaces. These shoes are Nike+ ready.
