The Cons:Gap under the heel tends to catch pebbles, needs to be cleaned out or patched with silicone.

The Nike Lunarfly+ is a basic multipurpose running shoe. It has a low-profile, lightweight design built for comfort and to generally be adequate most paces. The upper is built with synthetic leather and a breathable mesh support in order to stay sturdy and cool.

Cushioning is handled by Lunarlon which is light weight and comfortable.

The outsole is grooved for flexibility. These shoes are also compatible with Nike+ receivers.

    ScottP: I put my running shoes in the washing machine all the time. They come out looking like new and smelling 100% better. These shoes are primarily synthetic leather so I can't see why you couldn't use the washing machine. May 27, 11
