The Pros:Handles impact absorption really well, easy on the joints. Great traction in all weather conditions. Shoe is bright and shiny, pictures don't do it justice, very striking.
The Cons:Heavier than other types of running shoe, great for fitness but difficult for competition. Don't offer great arch support, feet feel fatigued fast. Lack flexibility, don't move with the foot very readily.
