Nike Free 5.0 V4

The Free 5.0 V4 is a running shoe from Nike Free that is designed to imitate running barefoot on grass and in turn strengthen the feet.  The shoe is intended for runners who have neutral to under-pronation and features a 5.0-specific upper that provides support while allowing the foot to move naturally.

  The upper is constructed with mesh for breathability and has microfiber synthetic overlays to stabilize the fit.  The shoe also has Nike Free sipes throughout the length and width of the midsole which work to better engage the toes during running.  The Free 5.0 V4 is designed with a Phylite midsole which is lightweight and durable and has an asymmetrical lacing system which reduces pressure on the top of the foot.  It also has a BRS1000 carbon rubber outsole with a Waffle tread pattern to provide traction and flexibility while running.  The shoe is available in men's and women's sizes and colors.
