The Pros:Great for people who have issues with running in regular shoes. Protects your feet. Looks like a normal shoe.
The Cons:May not fit like a form fitting design. A bit ugly.
The Nike Free 3.0 is the most advanced of the Nike Free series and requires the most foot strength to be able to maintain the barefoot-like running without injury.
