It has an Acteva premium lightweight midsole that resists compression and utilizes an N-Lock external support system which pulls the shoe snugly around the foot for better support. The shoe also has a medial post on the inside edge to help prevent overpronation. The outsole of the MR749 is made of N-Durance rubber compound for strength and durability and it has a blown rubber forefoot which provides lightweight cushioning. It also includes Abzorb cushioning in both the heel and forefoot for high shock absorption. The shoe comes in a variety of colors including black/silver, gold/black, gray/orange, gray/red, and gray/yellow and is also available in a women's model, the WR749.
