New Balance M498

The New Balance M498 is a running shoe that is designed to provide good cushioning and moderate support while running.  The shoe is quite lightweight, at 356 grams, and features a synthetic/mesh upper which allows air to flow through for breathability.

  The outsole of the shoe is made of solid rubber for durable, long-lasting performance.  The M498 includes a C-CAP midsole for cushioning and support as well as Abzorb cushioning in the heel for shock absorption.  It also has an internal medial post which helps prevent overpronation.  The shoe is available in either a white/navy or gray/navy color and is also available in a women's model, the W498.
