The Pros:Breathability is very good, air pumps in and out as you run. Great shock absorption, take it easy on the knees and back. Very light weight, generally don't notice any weight at all while running, feels like running on air.
The Asics GEL-Kinetic 2 is a training shoe from Asics' high performance Kinsei line. The shoe is designed to provide good cushioning, stability, and fit, and features Asics' Impact Guidance system which optimizes the natural gait.

It also includes a discrete heel unit which gives it Asics' highest level of shock absorption and makes it very stable. The GEL-Kinetic 2 has a DuoSole outsole for durability and is designed with Asics' GEL cushioning system for improved toe-off position and shock attenuation. It also has a Solyte midsole, bimorphic fit upper, and ComforDry sockliner, which make the shoe lightweight and provide cushioning and support. The shoe is available in both men's and women's designs and has a suggested retail price of $160.
