Product Shot 1 The Pros:Provide superior arch support, enough for those who need to make this a priority. Shock absorption is very good, reduces impact-related stress on joints and back. Provide strong traction with a defined tread on the outsole.

The Cons:Design uses flat, uninteresting color combinations that aren't very attractive.

The GEL-Kahana 3 is a running shoe from Asics' Trail series for off-road training.  The shoe features Asics' DuoMax support system which allows it to maintain support during transition.

  It includes Asics' GEL cushioning system in the rearfoot for shock absorption during impact.  The GEL-Kahana 3 utilizes trusstic technology and has an AHAR heel plug which provides durability during initial impact.  It also has a compression molded EVA midsole for shock attenuation throughout the gait cycle.  The shoe is available in both men's and women's designs and has a suggested retail price of $75.
