Product Shot 1 The Pros:Support around the heel is well built up and secure. Enough cushioning to keep feet from getting sore even after hours of walking. Good impact absorption in the heel, reduces strain on the knees.

The Cons:Sizing is a little large, need to order a half-size smaller. Arch support is low, insufficient for higher arches.

The Asics GEL-Fluent 2 is a training shoe from Asics' Cushioning lineup for underpronators and mild overpronators.  The shoe is designed to provide comfort and support, featuring Asics' GEL cushioning system in both the forefoot and rearfoot which acts as a shock absorber throughout the gait cycle.

   It also includes trusstic technology which links the rearfoot and forefoot for stability.  The GEL-Fluent 2 has an AHAR heel plug for enhanced durability at initial impact and features a compression molded EVA midsole that provides lightweight cushioning and support.  The shoe is available in both men's and women's designs and has a suggested retail price of $85.
