Product Shot 1 The Pros:Snug fit prevents foot from wobbling on impact. Heel and forefoot padding are firm, adequate and comfortable for heavier wearers. Lightweight considering they are a motion-control shoe, compared to competitors' models.

The Cons:Insoles being to break down around 90 mile mark. Somewhat narrow fit may not be able to accommodate insoles.

The Asics GEL-Evolution 5 is a running shoe from Asics' Maximum Support series.  The shoe is designed to provide a high level of support and is recommended for runners that tend to over-pronate.

Anonymous: #asics_gel_evolution_5 Horrible show for light runners with narrow feet. Offers absolutely no arch support and the the normal D width is basically a wide. Nov 19, 10
