Asics' GEL-Equation 3 is an entry-level shoe designed for running, available in both men's and women's sizes. It has a gel cushioning system below the insole that is supposed to provide shock attenuation throughout the entire step, as well as a separate heel plug that helps absorb the harder shock of impact.

The shoe's last is a molded slip that is supposed to be lightweight and flexible, and it also uses Asics "Trusstic" feature, which is supposed to support the middle and arch region of the foot. The Equation 3 is designed for neutral runners who value a lightweight shoe and value comfort.

    breathable mesh quality on this shoes is good. worn in the proper size, it will not wear out for a long time
