The interior of the shoe is a sock-like liner with no seams. The shoe has a snug-fitting mid-foot section, and a padded heel and collar region that fits close to the foot. It uses a two-plate heel insert that helps to reduce impact shock, and the outsole is made of a lightweight material that is supposed to be durable and intended for thorough and continuous use. Many of the "Supernova" shoes have the same features, and the Glide is similar to the Cushion 7, with an added anti-microbial liner.
