The Pros:Can feel the bounce with every step, good energy return. Feel comfortable when walking for hours at a time. Feel very light weight, won't drag you down or tire you out.
The Cons:Not very stable, need to really control how the foot lands.
The Adidas Megabounce 09 is a mid-range running shoe that has a unique design and employs Adidas' "Bounce" feature. This appears in the form of a rubbery plastic heel area that is supposed to retain energy from the downward step and release it upwards and forwards.

The upper area of the shoe is almost entirely mesh which serves to increase ventilation, and the outsole is made of Adidas adiWEAR material, a sort of rubber composite that is supposed to be both light and durable. The Megabounce 09 also has an ethyl-vinyl acetate (EVA) insole and interior textile covering, both of which are supposed to make the shoe more comfortable. The shoe is designed for a regular runner and for extensive use.
