Released January, 2009
The Pros:Enough cushioning for long walks and standing all day. Good traction over most surfaces. Built light, feels nimble and responsive.
The Cons:Almost no shock absorption, hard on the knees when running. Relatively cheap upper, shows wear quickly. Not enough room inside for inserts.
The Adidas Deflect 2 is a relatively inexpensive running shoe which has a minimalistic design when compared to flashier running shoes that are on the market. The shoe is made out of nylon and comes with the Adidas EVA insert that fits into the heel to absorb the shock of running.
