The Pros:Built with light weight materials, doesn't drag you down. Good stability around the heel, makes landings secure. Responsive design enables really fast running when you want to.
The Cons:Takes a little while to break them in, may get blisters at first. Not very supportive along the arch, fairly flat along the midfoot. Tend to run a little small, may need a 1/2 size larger than usual.
The Adidas adiZero RC is a ultra lightweight running shoe designed for serious long distance runners and weighs only 7.7 ounces. The air mesh upper gives maximum ventilation and the non-slip lining gives added comfort and performance.

#adidas_adizero_rc I have this model shoe but in red/black/silver. It fits like a glove. I purchased it for use in racewalking and it really fits the bill.
I am not sure why this shoe is being compared to the Asics Gel Nimbus. The two are nothing alike.
