Adidas adiZero Ace
$80.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:One of the lightest shoes of their type on the market. Offer strong support for flat to medium arches. Superior ventilation, including an open area in the sole.
The Cons:Very little energy return from the foot flex. Stepping in a puddle of any depth pumps water into the shoe.
The Adidas adiZero Ace is a men and women's running shoe that is on the cheaper end of the scale, costing less than a hundred dollars. The shoe uses an advanced cushioning midsole to provide the impact protection that a runner would need, and a mesh upper to allow the foot to breath during the active workout.
