The Pros:Enough ankle support to make landings steady and controlled. Dries fairly quickly once you take them off. Great shock absorption when running.
The Cons:Doesn't breathe very well, get a little hot. Weight is fairly significant, will notice it until you get properly warmed up. Some energy loss throughout the run cycle, will lose some speed when long distance running.
